Terms & Conditions for Users
1. Confidentiality
All client information is confidential and cannot be shared with others.
2. Service Cancellation
Clients are permitted to cancel their service no more than twice.
3. Accurate Information
Clients must provide accurate symptoms and health information to facilitate expert matching.
4. Behavior Expectations
Misbehavior is prohibited between clients and experts; any violations will be investigated.
5. No Extra Work Requests
Clients must not pressure experts to perform additional tasks outside the agreed service.
6. Fee Negotiation Prohibited
Clients cannot negotiate fees. Violations may result in the expert's account deletion.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.
8. Complaint Procedure for Extra Fees
If extra fees are requested, clients may file a complaint as all payments are processed online.
9. Patient Supervision
A family member should be present when the expert is attending to the patient.
10. Medication Responsibility
Experts carry only basic medication and are not responsible for additional supplies.
11. Diagnosis and Prescription
Experts will provide diagnosis and prescription of medication and tests only.
12. Privacy of Expert Information
Client must not share personal information of the expert. Violations may result in police action.
13. Liability Disclaimer
The company is not responsible for incidents during client-expert interactions.
14. Payment for Visits
Each payment covers a single visit or care session.
15. Medical History Provision
Clients should provide their medical history to the visiting expert for accurate information.
16. Meal and Accommodation
If a nurse or GDA stays with the client, meal and accommodation expenses are the client’s responsibility.
